In late September we trialled a new level of leadership training for nine experienced volunteers. The focus of the training was exploring a model for canoe coaching as well as the concept of 'situational leadership'. Our goal was to give volunteers the chance to experiment and then reflect on their own leadership style. Here's how we got on...
