Governance of Venture Scotland

All volunteers become full members of Venture Scotland, and have the opportunity to become more involved with the decision-making and direction of the organisation through voluntary posts on the Board of Trustees.

The Board provides strategic direction to Venture Scotland and monitors progress and achievement against the organisation’s Business Plan

In addition to the normal posts associated with such a Board (Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer), each Board Member has a responsibility relating to our business plan e.g. our work with young people, our volunteering programme.
