Governance of Venture Scotland

All volunteers become full members of Venture Scotland, and have the opportunity to become more involved with the decision-making and direction of the organisation through voluntary posts on the Management Committee.

The Management Committee supports the staff team in the strategic and operational delivery of the Programme and consists of four to eleven members.
In addition to the normal posts associated with such a Committee (Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer), each Committee post has a topic of responsibility relating to our business plan e.g. our work with young people, our volunteering programme.
