Referral Agencies

Venture Scotland has a positive relationship with referring agencies. Key workers who know their clients well are able to encourage those who would like to get involved but lack the confidence to take the step forward.

Throughout the young person's involvement, a collaborative approach is taken to support their needs. To enhance the understanding of the participants' experience, many agency workers have visited the bothy on an annual Workers' Taster.
